Lynda Moore wins Women in Security Judges Award

The Women in Security Awards took place at Shakespeare’s Underglobe Theatre on Thursday, 12 September, and we are delighted to announce that Lynda Moore, the founder of the ACS Pacesetters, received the Judges Award.

The award is in memory of the late Baroness Ruth Henig who sadly passed away in February this year. Baroness Henig was the Chair of the Security Industry from January 2007 to January 2013.

Lynda said “Having spent my whole working life in the security industry, this was a very special moment.  I would also like to congratulate all the amazing women who have gone above and beyond to be nominated for a Women in Security Award this year and a special mention to the finalists and winners.”

Thanks go to Roy Cooper and Liz Lloyd from Professional Security Magazine for organising another brilliant evening recognising the women working in the security industry.
