Enigma Security appoints new HR Manager

Enigma Security Solutions Ltd, the UK-wide manned guarding provider, has appointed Kimberly Richards to the post of HR Manager. Kimberly will be responsible for managing the HR operation within the company, dealing with day-to-day issues as well as playing an important role in driving the HR strategy and expansion of the business.

Kimberly joins from Pinewood Studios Group where she worked as a HR Officer and Administrator over a period of six years, and was responsible for, amongst other things, maintaining good employee relations, developing in-house training courses, promoting and managing company benefits as well as handling recruitment.

A graduate member of the CIPD, Kimberly has substantial experience in human resources, having also previously worked as an administrator in the HR department for W.T. SeaAir, where her role was to support the HR Manager, as well as directors, with all HR queries and act as the first point of contact for all employees.

Speaking of the new challenge that awaits her, Kimberly said: I am pleased to be joining a company dedicated to achieving the highest standards through commitment to, and development of, its workforce.
